Continuing the NEVER-BEFORE-SEEN color issues after the English translation of Blood Sword Dynasty.
Issues 212-221: Could not summarize these issues if I tried. Very little in common with the Blood Sword stories of times past, other than the physical appearance of Hero and Kim Hung.
Issue 213: Kim Hung fights a seven-year old boy, who is apparently the reincarnation of a kung fu master from a past life. Wasn't this the same story used on Drunken Fist around the same time?
Issue 215: Missing page 26.
Issue 216: This issue looks like it ends a few pages short.
Issue 219: Hero animates a dozen swords in the air, like Whiz Kid from Iron Marshal, or the Invincible Swordsman from Drunken Fist. I'd like to think Hero would not need more than one.
The Caricature man finally dies. Won't miss him.
Issue 220: After Hero and Kim Hung uncharacteristically lose to the Vampire Bat Man, this evildoer imprisons Hero and Ghost Server in a dungeon. They have cruel rings driven into their shoulders, if you are prone to queasiness, skip these next few issues.
Issue 221: A real cliffhanger for Hero and Ghost Server, they suffer tortures worse than what Faery Maiden put Devilito through in The Force of Buddha's Palm. Can our heroes survive these new writers?
______________________
Closing thoughts on Issues 212-221: Vampires with super chi, Mermaids that morphy body parts when struck, tiny preschool kung fu geniuses. This comic has really strayed from Wa Ming Shing's vision. What next, killer clowns?
